Thrillworks is continuing to expand and with that, we are looking to add to our Talent Team. Reporting into the Senior TA, you will take part in developing the recruitment process and evolve the practice within the organization.

  • Oversee the onboarding process – ensure all new hires are ready and set up for success on their first day.
  • Schedule interviews and any recruitment related events.
  • Build trusting relationships with hiring managers to improve and develop the recruitment process.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Be the point of contact for applicants throughout the interview process, ensuring communication is top of mind.
  • Assist Senior TA in building pipelines for both prospective and current job requisitions.
  • Create training and growth sessions that will be launched company-wide.
  • Help manage internal ATS and develop accurate reports for senior leadership, showcasing metrics and trends.
  • Assist in interviewing on an as needs basis.
  • Attend and participate in industry events.

Required Skills

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a recruitment capacity
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized and possess a good attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset that can face challenges by thinking outside the box.
  • Open to learning, always pushing yourself be a better version
